Per Session Payment

Coaches are eligible to receive up to 24 hours of per session payment during the regular season. Coaches of teams participating in the elimination round are eligible for up to an additional 8 hours of per session payment.

Send the standard DOE per session sheets to:

Be sure to include your file number, social security number, and signature next to each date of work and at the bottom of the per session time sheet.

Check your dates carefully; if any hours overlap with other per session activities, you will not be paid for those hours

Coaches from empowerment schools are NOT ELIGIBLE to receive per session payment from the Central DOE. Speak to your supervisor about payment from the school's budget.
