A Consultant for Sibson & Company, a global management consulting firm that helps companies improve business results by improving the return on human capital and through breakthrough sales and marketing strategies. Sibson has served more than 50 percent of the Fortune 100 in a wide variety of industries in its over 40 year history. Ms. Coye served for five years as the Director of Corporate Planning at Coye Consultants, Inc., where she was also a senior manager and Board of Directors member. While there, she contributed to a dramatic company turnaround and was involved in strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, and industry and dealer consultation. Ms. Coye holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Cornell, where she led her debate squad. She later became Assistant Debate Coach for Cornell, coaching students in speech and debate to a national first place finish.

Vice Chair

The Founding Director of IMPACT. Currently, he is the Immediate Past President of the Committee of Religious Non-Governmental Organizations at the United Nations. Will served as an Assembly District Leader for the 27th District in Queens. He teaches as an adjunct in the Culture and Communication Department at NYU and directs debate teams at Queens College and NYU. Will competed in individual events and policy debate at Cornell University winning over 100 trophies. Previously, Will was the North American Coordinator and main UN representative for the International Association for Religious Freedom, the oldest interfaith organization in the world. As a management consultant, Mr. Baker extended his services to mentoring projects, women's groups, and organizations working with immigrants from the former Soviet Union. He has appeared on multiple occasions on Brooklyn cable television.

Teresa Weber

Paul is a Principal at Bank of America. Previously he worked as an Equity Derivatives Salesperson-Hedge Fund Coverage at UBS LLC. He received his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University in 1995, and was a member of their award-winning Speech and Debate Team.

A gradute of the Georgetown University, School of Foreign Service, Teresa serves as the Director of Annual Giving for Manhattanville College.  Teresa was the Assistant Director for the Yale University Annual Giving Campaign.  Previously, she was the Director of Development for Replications, Inc and directed the Annual Fund and Corporate Relations areas for Lycée Français de New York,

Bina Adams
Verizon

Banking Services Manager at Verizon Communications, one of the worlds leading provider of high growth communications services, since August 1995. Verizon companies are the largest providers of wire-line and wireless communications in the United States, with over 136 million access line equivalents and over 33 million wireless customers. Previous to Verizon, Ms. Adams was at Deloitte and Touché International. Ms. Adams holds a Master of Science degree in Taxation (MST), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Treasury Manager (CTP). Currently, Ms. Adams chairs the Events Committee for Verizon's Finance Diversity Council and is an officer of one of Verizon's Employee Resource Groups: SPICE (South Asian Professionals Inspiring Cultural Enrichment).

Ron Shelp

Ron Shelp's career has been divided between the business and non-profit worlds. At 24, he was selected as head of the Association of US Insurers Operation Overseas. Later, he was named CEO of the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America. Following this Washington-based career, he moved to New York and held senior positions at American International Group, Celanese, Hoechst-Celanese, Burson Marstellar, and B2Bstreet.com. He served seven years as President / CEO of the New York City Partnership and the New York Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Shelp has been active in public policy including serving on the Mayor's Council of Economic Advisors and as a director of the Economic Development Corporation. The Governor appointed him to the state Industrial Cooperation Council and Job Training Partnership Council. He has advised presidential candidates and served as member on the US delegation to the OECD. He has been a trustee of a number of non-profits. Ron has written extensively, including articles in Foreign Policy, Forbes, New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. He has written or contributed to eight books including the most recent, Fallen Giant: The Amazing Story of Hank Greenberg and the History of AIG. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Georgia where he was co-captain of the debating team and received an M.A. from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Beth Ellen Dunphe
Project Enterprise
Program Officer at Project Enterprise, she joined in the fall of 2001 and is responsible for the stewardship and cultivation of PE's corporate, foundation, bank and government donors. Ms. Dunphe also oversees volunteer and staff recruitment and manages the Americorps VISTA program. Ms. Dunphe coordinates PE's programmatic impact assessment to better track donor and organizational information. She has two years of program management and development experience with the River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition in western Maine where she managed a community health program. Ms. Dunphe graduated from Colby College with a BA in Economics and Environmental Policy and studied environmental management in Queensland, Australia.

Dr. Rhoda Kleiman
A freelance Library Media Consultant. She has previous experience with the NYC Board of Education as a Library Media Specialist for Manhattan High Schools, Librarian-in-charge at Park West High School, Robert F. Wagner, Junior High School, and as Chair of the NYC School Library System.

Willayna K. Roberts

Chief Executive Officer of KRPhoenix International, an E-commerce business which provides access to over 1 million products and services, Willayna is also a Regional Finance Manager and performs Strategic Planning and Financial Consulting for Global Business Travel at American Express, the world's largest travel agency and premier credit card provider.  Ms. Roberts holds a B.S. and a B.A. in Finance and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.

Shawn Robertson
Bayshore Middle School

Shawn is the Assistant Principal of the Bayshore Middle School on Long Island. He is a New York State-NYC Licensed English Teacher formerly employed at Franklin K. Lane High School. He serves as a consultant to the CUNY Research Foundation, Queens College Variance Project, Creative Arts, and was a presenter at the 1998 NCTE National Convention.

Theodore Sanchious

 

Mr. Sanchious is a Vice President and Senior Product Development Officer for JPMorgan Chase Treasury and Security Services. His career focuses on more than fourteen years of advancement in diversified Banking positions including Product Management and Operations. Mr. Sanchious has held various positions with some of the most prominent companies in the world, Fifth Third Bank, Mellon Financial Corporation, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Sanchious is also no stranger to community service. During his career journey’s Mr. Sanchious has served on various boards of directorship for grass roots organizations; Tempe Union School District, The Financials Services Curriculum Design Team for the State of Arizona, The Pittsburgh Mediation Center, The Manchester Youth Development Center, and The Cancer Family Care.

Anne Marie O'Halloran

A Senior Manager in Accenture's Health & Life Sciences practice. Accenture is a leading global management and technology consulting firm. Ms. O'Halloran specializes in advising health & life sciences industry clients in supply chain management. She leads teams to deliver solutions that improve a company's ability to plan, manufacture, procure and deliver products. Ms. O’Halloran was a member of the Cornell Forensics Society, participating in both speech and debate. She earned a B.A. in Government and Asian Studies from Cornell University in 1995. During her debate tenure, she won the honor of being one of two debaters selected to represent the U.S. on a debating tour in Japan.
